On our Elevate Call, Joe Cippollini walked members through an exercise designed to get members to think about where they are in the journey of  goal setting and evaluating where they are past the halfway point of the year and where their priorities currently exist and if anything needs to change within their needs to be in more alignment and in service of the goals. Specific topics are discussed as well, such as:

· How did Joe Cippollini structure the exercise to help members evaluate their goal-setting journey?
· How can members assess their progress towards their goals since the halfway point of the year?
· How should members determine if their current priorities align with their overarching goals?
· How effective was Joe Cippollini’s approach in encouraging members to reassess their needs and goals?
· How might members adjust their strategies moving forward based on the insights gained from the exercise?
· What were the key insights that Joe Cippollini aimed to uncover during the exercise?
· What are the benefits of evaluating one’s progress past the halfway point of the year?
