Downloadable Materials

On our CG Property Management Call, We had an open forum discussion about the overall trends of Q1 and what those trends tell us about moving forward into Q2, from an eviction and delinquency standpoint. We also had a conversation around a new renewal strategy that rewards people for staying in an apartment longer with lower rental raise amounts compared to just renewing for a year. Specific topics are discussed as well, such as:

· How have eviction rates and delinquency trends in Q1 compared to previous quarters, and what insights do they offer for navigating Q2?
· What specific factors have contributed to any notable shifts in eviction and delinquency rates during Q1, and how might these factors evolve in Q2?
· How effective has the new renewal strategy been in incentivizing longer tenant stays, and what metrics are being used to measure its success?
· What feedback have tenants provided regarding the new renewal strategy, and how can their input inform future adjustments or improvements?
· How does the cost-benefit analysis of the renewal strategy compare to traditional renewal practices in terms of overall tenant satisfaction and retention rates?
· What potential challenges or obstacles have arisen in implementing the renewal strategy, and what strategies are being considered to address them?
· How does the renewal strategy align with broader industry trends or best practices, and what opportunities exist for further innovation or differentiation?
· What insights can be gleaned from tenant feedback regarding their preferences for lease renewal options, and how might these insights shape future leasing strategies?
· How does the renewal strategy impact overall revenue projections and financial forecasting for the upcoming quarters, and what adjustments, if any, are being made as a result?
· What are the long-term implications of the renewal strategy on tenant retention rates and property profitability, and how can these be optimized moving forward?
